Frequently Asked Questions
Wholesale customers: We supply trees to commercial and domestic landscapers, contractors, developers, local government, gardening clubs, brokers and retailers.
Retail Customers: We sell to the public via our online retail shop, the link is at the top of the page.
Wholesale Customers: We can arrange delivery within Victoria and interstate (please note interstate deliveries are subject to domestic quarantine requirements). Delivery is organised on a case-by-case basis, however we use a range of delivery options to best meet our customer’s requirements. Contact us to see what option suits your needs best.
Retail customers: The local delivery areas are indicated on our online shop page. Once you have completed your checkout, you will be contacted to advise of delivery timeframe. Local 1, allow up to 5 business days, local 2 allow up to 10 business days.
Wholesale customers: We accept direct deposit and credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard).
Retail Customers: All payments can be made through our online retail shop via card
Our plants range from approximately 0.5m-3m depending on the tree type and pot size.
Wholesale Customers – The best way to order our plants is to check our current wholesale availability list, pick out what you would like, and contact us with your list!
Retail customers – See our online shop to place your order for pickup or local delivery!
Wholesale customers: Please contact us to arrange an appoitment.
Online retail customers: Our nursery is only open to pickup orders placed through our online retail shop. This is on Fridays 9am to 4pm, or other days by appointment
